A complaint was lodged against Dilli Prasad Kandel a 35-year-old man of Jwalamukhi rural municipality-7 on May 12, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the victim's family lodged a complaint against the accused who was a canteen owner of the victim's school alleging that the accused sexually assaulted the victim on May 10.
