Cadres of the Nepali Congress and NSU staged a demonstration in Kathmandu on May 15, demanding the repeal of the 5-year statute of limitations on corruption. The demonstrators alleged that the once corrupt are always corrupt. Police arrested the demonstrators. One of the demonstrators was injured in a clash.
