Police arrested Chur Bahadur Gaha a 59-year-old man of Baganaskali rural municipality-3 on May 14 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old minor girl. The victim's father lodged the complaint on May 14 alleging that the incident took place on the same day. The victim's side alleged that the accused sexually assaulted the victim by tempting her when she was alone in her home.
