Police arrested a 13-year-old teen boy on May 14, on the charge of raping a 6-year-old minor girl in Rupandehi. The victim's side lodged the complaint on May 14 alleging that the accused raped the victim on May 11. The accused raped the victim when she was playing in her own home on the day of the incident.
