Binod Katuwal, Head of the Agriculture Branch of Molung rural municipality has been accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old teen girl in Okhaldunga. According to the police, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on December 4, 2022, by showing her adult videos in his own home.
