Police arrested Kaluram Chaudhary a 25-year-old youth of Dhangadhi sub-metropolis-12 on May 21 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old minor girl. The victim's mother lodged the complaint against the accused on May 20 after the friends of the victim complained to her alleging that the accused sexually assaulted her on May 17 while they were playing.
