Teachers of community schools staged a demonstration in Baneshwor of Kathmandu on June 11 banging plates in a symbolic protest demanding various facilities. The teachers were agitated citing that their concerns were not included in the budget. Participants at the demonstration warned of shutting down community if their demands were not addressed.
