Bimala Satyal, 29, of Chandrapur Municipality-14 has lodged a complaint of domestic violence against her husband Raja Prasad Satyal, 30, at the Area Police Office of Chandranigahapur on January 7 accusing him of assaulting her on January 6. The victim said that the couple was married 10 years ago in a Hindu tradition with two daughters. Since then she has been tortured physically and mentally by an accused followed by allegations. DSP Netramani Giri said that the police department has been informed to present the accused based on the complaint lodged by the victim.
