Accused of attempted rape released on bail

The district court has ordered 35-years old Bhramhadev Mandal to be released on Rs 25000 bail. The bench of justice Kailash KC issued the verdict. Mandal, a resident of Devdiha VDC-4 was in police custody after being arrested on December 15 for allegedly attempting to rape a 30-year-old woman. The victim had filed a complaint in the district police office on December 14.
