A 16-year-old teenager is sent to Child Reform Centre in the order of the District Court on January 9. The boy was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl. The family of the girl filed a complaint at District Police Office on December 18, 2013, saying he raped the girl on December 16. The bench of Purushottam Dhakal issued the decision against the boy. The Court sent him to the Reform Centre after the police arrested him on December 18 and forwarded a case of rape against him. The girl's medical checkup was conducted at the Western Regional Office on December 18.
