Absconding rape accused arrested in Morang

Province 1, Morang, Dhanpalthan
Police have arrested 22-year-old Raj Dev Sah alias Munna of Budhnagar VDC-8 on January 30 from Budhnagar VDC-1.
Raj was absconding for the last six months after allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl.
The girl’s family filed a complaint against him at Area Police Office, Rani on September 10. Inspector Om Prakash Khanal said that he was arrested on the basis of that complaint.
