A man has been arrested by police here on the charge of raping a five-year-old girl. Raju BK, 32, working at a brick kiln at Methinkot VDC-6 of the district was arrested for raping the minor, according to Sub-inspector Sita Shrestha at District Police Office, Kavre. The alleged rapist reportedly lured the minor with chocolates when she was alone at her home before committing the heinous act, police said. A complaint was filed against the accused at the District Police Office. This is the 19th such case filed at the Office in the seven months of the current fiscal year, police sources said.
