In yet another crime, police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl in the district. Bir Bahadur Gurung, 56, of Kerabari VDC-8 was detained on Tuesday for allegedly raping the minor. According to the victim, Gurung lured her to a bush near home and raped her in the evening on February 28.
