(update)--- 40-year-old Top Bahadur Gaha Magar of Dola in Aalital VDC-5 was arrested on the charges of raping a 25-year-old woman with a physical disability on March 5. Aalital police post arrested the accused on March 5 and handed him over to the District Police Office, Dadeldhura on March 6. According to SI Karbir Air, the victim is undergoing treatment at Sub-regional hospital in Dadeldhura.

Updated-----The District Court Dadeldhura sentenced Top Bahadur Gahamagar to 12 years in prison on the charges of raping a disabled woman. Top Bahadur was remanded in custody. The verdict issued by the court has also ordered him to be fined rupees fifty thousand.
