The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a charge-sheet against former principal of Budanilkantha School Narayan Prasad Sharma at the Special Court on Sunday for submitting fake documents to get post-retirement facilities. The anti-graft body moved the court against Sharma in line with the Sec 8(3) of Prevention of Corruption Act 2002 and has sought a fine of Rs 1,365,611 and maximum punishment for Sharma. In addition, the CIAA has filed a case against former district education officers Baliram Prasad Singh and Harish Chandra Yadav for helping Sharma, read a press statement issued by the commission on Sunday afternoon.
