VDC Secretary of Bahuari VDC in Parsa district Binda Prasad Sah has been sent to six months in jail for embezzling government's social security fund. After confessing that he had forged fake signatures and documents to embezzle funds the special court declared him guilty. A bench of special court judges Mohanaraman Bhattarai, Pawan Kumar Sharma and Mahesh Prasad Pudasaini's sentenced Binda Prasad Shah to six months in prison and ordered him to pay the amount equivalent to the sum he had embezzled in fine. Secretary Sah had embezzled social security fund allocated for more than two hundred single women, elderly and disabled people by forging their fake signatures.
