Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Thursday filed a corruption case at the Special Court against a surveyor of the Survey Office, Rupandehi. Issuing a statement today, the anti-graft constitutional body said that surveyor Ramraj Yadav was apprehended for receiving Rs. 6,000 bribe from Service Seeker for land registration of plot number 133,329,343 and 635, Majgawa VDC Rupandehi. The Commission demanded a fine of Rs. Rs. 6000 and other actions against him as per Section 3 of the Anti-Corruption Act 2003.
