One Person arrested on the charges of raping his own daughter in Kapilbastu

One person accused of raping his own daughter absconded. According to SP Bikram Gurung, the 43-year-old man from Kharuhariya VDC raped one of his two daughters who is 13-year-old for the past few months by threatening her and showing fear. The accused's wife is a migrant worker and is not at home.
Police said that they were preparing to register a case of rape and incest against the perpetrator.
