A 19-year-old youth was arrested by the police on the charges of raping a minor in Kanchanpur. The arrested has been identified as Parashu Budha of Bhimdutta Municipality-12. Budha had reportedly raped a minor on March 19 when there was no one at the minor's house. Her parents filed a complaint at the police office after they came to know about the incident. The accused claim that he had not raped the minor. Police are preparing to register a rape complaint against the arrested.
