Trichandra college wing of CPN-UML affiliated students ANNFSU  clashed with police in front of Ghantaghar college this morning. The students who were demanding the student union's election had obstructed the road in front of Trichandra college since 9:00 am in the morning. After police tried to clear the road, the agitating students clashed with the police. The two sides resorted to stone-throwing, due to which some students as well as policemen sustained minor injuries. After the clash, the students have announced further protest programs which include padlocking the college on Wednesday and holding a sit-in in front of Tribhuwan university on Thursday.
