Dhanusha District Court has issued an arrest warrant against 25 individuals, including CPN-UML's Janakpur zone in-charge Yog Narayan Yadav, in connection to the deaths of Ramsewak Raut Gaderi and Ram Prakash Yadav in Sabaila VDC last month.
A single bench of Judge Mukesh Upadhyay on Wednesday issued the arrest warrant and also remanded three suspects--Mahendra Yadav, Mahesh Yadav and Lal Bihari Yadav--to custody.
On March 22, the Sabaila residents and a gang led by Yog Narayan had clashed over the management of a local school. Gaderi, who sustained a serious injury in the incident, had died in course of treatment. Ram Prakash who had gone missing after the clash was found dead the next day with gunshot wounds. Ramsagar Sah, who was injured in the incident, is still in recovery
The Dhanusha chapter of UML has refuted the allegation against Yog Narayan. Shree Prasad Sah, UML's Dhanusha in-charge, has claimed that Yog Narayan is being framed for the crime he did not commit.

DSP Krishna Prasain said that police were investigating the incident. Ram Sewak Raut and Ram Sagar Sah of Sabaila VDC-1 were shot injured during the election of Madan Ashrit Lower Secondary School in Sabaila Municipality-1.
