Desperate victims loot relief materials, take colonel and lawmaker under control

Relief materials were looted by locals in Sanga Chowk, Jalbire VDC. The locals have also taken control of the local administration officials of the district, an Army Colonel, and one Constituent Assembly member for a night. The relief materials contained tarpaulin, noodles, biscuits, and other items for distribution to people displaced by the earthquake.
