Over 300 Yarsagumba pickers missing, 463 rescued

 More than 300 people who had gone to pick yarsagumba at Lamabagar area of Dolkha district have gone out of contact after the April 25 earthquake. However, as many as 463 yarsagumba pickers were rescued by helicopter on Friday and Saturday. Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Armed Police Base Camp, Santosh Basnet, said that more than 3,500 people had gone to collect yarsagumba. Of them, some have already returned home, he added. Meanwhile, four foreigners stranded at Simigaun are yet to be rescued.
