Rescue workers have recovered a 303 rifle from an earthquake-ravaged house at Bulung VDC-8 in the district. The rescue team comprising Nepal Army and Nepal Police personnel found the rifle while salvaging belongings from the house owned by Dil Bahadur Khadka. Police have filed a case against Khadka under the Arms and Ammunitions Act. Khadka, however, claimed that he was unaware who hid the weapon in his house.
