Sexagenarian arrested for raping a minor in Tanhau

Police arrested Hima Lal Joshi, 79, for raping a five-year-old at Byas Municipality in Tanahun. According to police, the elderly had raped the minor at his house on May 31. The family of the minor had been living at Joshi’s house as tenants. Police said he was arrested after the minor’s mother filed a case against him on June 1. The minor was handed over to relatives after he health check-up.
