A special team of police deployed from Kathmandu have arrested 3 youths in possession of a Chinese pistol in Malekhu Phurke river bridge of Dhading. They were arrested on the basis of a tip-off that they were planning to rob 3 kilos of gold being taken to the district from Kathmandu. Police found the pistol hidden in the compartment of one of the motorcycles they were riding. The arrested have been identified as Kaji Shrestha, resident of Dhadingbesi, Prakash Tamang from Rhigau and Sandesh Tamang from Lhapa, who are both known to reside in the district headquarter.
