Man arrested for killing wife in Rupandehi
2015-06-23
28-year-old Indrawati Thakur was beaten to death by her 36-year-old husband Shivanath Thakur in Suryapura-1, Rupandehi.
According to the police inspector Lal Govinda Shrestha the culprit, Thakur was drunk at the time of the incident. He had reportedly hit her with a wooden log over a minor dispute. Police arrested Thakur for further investigation.
