Rape Accused held in Rauthat

A person was arrested for raping a girl from Garuda Bazaar of Garuda in Rautahat on Monday. The accused rapist has been identified as Santosh Shah of Debahi VDC. He had raped sixteen year old girl on May 11 at night when there was no one at her house said police. The neighbours had tried to take the accused under control, but he was able to escape from the scene after the incident.
