Rautahat police have arrested three Indian nationals on the charge of cheating locals in the name of providing them with cash relief on the behalf of Indian Government. The arrested have been identified as Sujit Kumar, Sandip Kumar Kusawaha and Ranjit Kumar Kusawaha from Lakhaura in India. They were arrested from Dudhihawa in Fatuwa Harsaha-6 VDC of Rautahat.

According to police, they were cheating the locals by charging the locals rupees one hundred to fill a form which they claimed would be required to receive the cash relief from the Indian Government.
