A 27-year-old woman lodged a complaint at District Police Office, Rolpa on July 7 against 38-year-old Khabar Singh Wali of Jinabang VDC-8 for raping her on June 4. The complaint states that she was raped by the accused while she was in a cowshed. DSP Ramesh Thapa said that the policemen were deployed to arrest the accused. The victim underwent a medical checkup at District Hospital, Reugha on June 5, according to the police.
