A man who killed his mother by hitting her with a shovel has been arrested by the police in Mahottari district today. 18-year-old Dilip Sada, a resident of Musahari Tol in Gaushala-7 municipality had killed his mother over a minor dispute by hitting the neck with a shovel at around 8:00 am in the morning today. He was arrested by an area police Office, Gaushala. According to Inspector Machhindra Babu KC, the victim who was seriously injured due to the attack died on the way while she was being taken to the hospital for treatment. Police have charged a murder case against the attacker, the victim's son. He is being held for further investigation.
