Sushila Kumari Yadav, 35, of Number 2 Joginiya VDC-8 has filed a complaint against her brothers-in-law Surya Narayan Magardaita, Ghanshyam Magardaita, Radheshyam Magardaita, Bhupendra Magardaita and Surya Nayaran’s son APF inspector Sanjit Yadav at District Police Office on July 27 accusing them of physically assaulting her. According to her, the accused used to thrash her in the past and on July 25, they beat her and her son Gehendra Yadav, 13, at her home. Sushila was married to Mahaprakash Magardaita on April 23, 2000, but her husband died shortly after one year of the marriage. After that, she has been living separately from the in-laws with her son.
