A service seeker has been beaten up by a staff member of Transport Management Office for not giving an Rs.1,000 bribe. Laxmi Humagain demanded an Rs. 1000 from the service seeker Santosh Yadav of Dhanusa Auraha-2, but he denied to pay extra money for the work and reported it to Humagain's superior. Later Yadav was beaten by Humagain for complaining to office chief Ramkaji Khanal about the bribe that he asked for.
