The cadres of National Youth People's Volunteers (NYPV), the revolutionary youth wing of Communist Party of Nepal Maoist (CPN Maoist) led by Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplab, on Wednesday smeared black soot on the face of Bharat Raj Subedi, Director General of Department of Foreign Employment in the capital. It is learnt that the cadres of NYPV have smeared the face of Director General Subedi with black soot accusing him of taking bribe from the foreign job aspirants and misappropriating a huge amount of government fund.
