Family of a 43-year-old woman with intellectual disability has filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Pashupatinagar on August 20 accusing him of raping the woman on August 18. According to Inspector Padam Thapaliya, though a team from Harkate Police Post has been sent to the site, the accused is absconding. Search for him is ongoing, police said. Medical check-up of women was conducted at District Hospital on August 19.
