23-year-old Durgesh Yadav of Kamhariya VDC-3, who was injured in a clash during the bandh called by the Joint Democratic Madhesi Morcha, died on August 25. He was injured on August 21. He was sent to a better facility in Kathmandu on August 22 after a referral from Bhairahawa Medical College Teaching Hospital. Rupandehi SP Rajendra Dhakal informed that he had died during the treatment at a teaching hospital in Jorpati, Kathmandu.
