A man accused of polygamy sentenced for 2 and half years in prison

District Court, Tanahun has decided to sentence Rabindra Shrestha of Bhimadi VDC-1 for 2 years and 6 months in prison. A bench of Krishna Prasad Poudel made the decision of imprisonment and 25 thousand rupees fine to Shrestha. Similarly, Shova Shrestha, who married Rabindra Shrestha was sentenced to 1 year in prison and 10 thousand rupees fine.
Rabindra's wife, Lalita had filed a case against her husband for polygamy in July 2015.
