Cadres of United Democratic Madhesi Morcha have vandalized Division co-operative office in Janakpur today. The cadres broke the windows of the office and attempted to set fire in the office. Timely action on part of the police prevented the arson attempt by the protesters. On the 20th day of the bandh today marketplaces, schools, colleges and other services remain completely shut in Janakpur. Protesters have not allowed even ambulances to ply on the road.
