Police arrested Madhesi Janadhikar Forum-Loktantrik (MJF-L) leader Tek Bahadur Chaudhary for his alleged involvement in Tikapur carnage. He is the MJF-L chairman of Kailali Constituency-1. He was detained from his house at around 11pm on Monday night, Chaudhary’s family said. However, Tikapur Area Police Office Chief Suman Dhital said that he had no information about the arrest. “Police are now carrying investigation into the Tikapur incident. I have not been informed about Chaudhary’s arrest,” said Dhital.
