Protesters aligned to Joint Madhesi Morcha have torched three police beats here in Balwa, Manara and Orahi of the district on Wednesday evening. A total of five police personnel have also been injured in the incidents. Three protesters had been killed in a fatal clash between Madhesi protesters and police personnel here in Jaleshwar of the district. Irate protestors torched three police beats following the death of three protesters in police firings in Jaleshwar on Wednesday afternoon. Roshan Chaudhary of Jaleshwar Municipality-7, Rambibek Yadav of Mahottari VDC-5 and Amit Kapar of Jaleshwar Municipality-14 were killed in the incident. Following the incidents of arson, the district police office has shifted the Area Police Office Loharpatti to Ramgopalpur.
