DAO extends prohibitory order in Parasi

The local administration in Nawalparasi has decided to extend the prohibitory restriction in district headquarter Parasi by further one week. CDO Hari prashad Mainali informed that the prohibitory restriction in Parasi has been extended by further 7 days until September 24 for the fifth time in a month. The decision was taken keeping in view possible security tensions that may arise as a result of protests by madhesi morcha against the promulgation of the new constitution. For the last 39 days normal life in different parts of Nawalparasi district including that in Parasi has been adversly affected due to continuous bandh. The restriction orders will be affective in areas from Bypass road located in Mahespur Chowk to all areas of Ramgram municipality except the southern part of Manjuriya Chowk. Similarly it will also effective in areas that lie within 500 meters of Parasi to Sunwal Chowk and Bhutaha of Bardaghat to Sunwal Chowk along the highway.
