The indefinite bandh imposed in Sunsari district is to be lifted from 3:00 pm on Wednesday. As many as eight ethnic groups including Sanghiya Limbuwan Party and Sanghiya Samajbadi Party had been imposing bandh in nine districts of the Eastern Region for the past four days demanding that the districts be federated into a Limbuwan state. In accordance with the bandh enforcers and transportation labourers, the bandh is set to be relaxed in the district while eight other districts will remain close, Uttam Chin Khang Dem Coordinator of the Kirant Yakthum Chumlung said. He further informed that market places, educational institutions and industries in the area will be opened after organising a corner assembly at 3:00 pm.
