A woman was force-fed human excreta and thrashed by her relatives on the charge of “practising witchcraft” at Samari-4 in Nuwakot district. Seeta Sapkota, 53, was fed human faeces and manhandled by her nephew Dipendra Sapkota, 26, on Tuesday. Deputy Superintendent of Police Siddhibikram Sah said they have filed a case against Dipendra and are investigating into the incident. Police said Seeta is undergoing treatment at TU Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj.
