Cadres of Madhesi Morcha have torched firewood being taken to cook food for inmates of Mahottari prison. The firewood was being taken to the prison as the ongoing Madhes agitation caused shortage in LP Gas. According to Shaubhendra Thakur, Jailor of the prison, firewood being brought to cook food for the inmates from northern part of Mahottari was looted by cadres of Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha and torched. Around 60 quintals of firewood were torched after taken under control by Morcha cadres. The tractor carrying firewood has also been vandalized. Tractor owner Ramkebal Sah said that the tractor was taken under control by Morcha cadres at around 3 am on October 18 in the road between Sarpallo and Jaukh. Ajay Kumar Sah
