Police have arrested a 20-year-old youth on Wednesday evening on the charge of raping a 6-year-old minor. The arrested has been identified as Dipak Pariyar of Madi municipality-6. He was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's family on 26 October, accusing him of raping the minor on 23 October. According to DSP Rajan Adhikari of Chitwan district police office, the minor victim has undergone medical check-up at Bharatpur hospital on 26 October.
