Cadres of the agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) torched an Indian number plate bearing motorbike (B R 30 B 4382) at Sonma Bazaar in the district on Sunday. The bike was said to be torched on the charge of defying bandh imposed by the Front. It is reported that the bike was ferrying petroleum products from across the Indian border.
