Family of a 13-year-old girl has filed a complaint against Pawan Shah, 25, of Krishnapur VDC-4 on November 17 on the charge of trying to rape a 13-year-old girl on November 10. The family of the victim said that they filed the complaint at the District Police Office though there were attempts to settle the case at the village. Inspector Raj Kumar Shahi of the District Police Office said that the accused is absconding.
