A case has been registered in the Dhading District Police Office against four persons on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl from Jiwanpur VDC. In the complaint filed at the police, the victim's parent has reported that the four persons raped her by taking her to a hotel in Naubise on November 15. The accused have been identified as 26-year-old Rajan Balami and Prem aka Ram Balami of Okharpauwa, Nuwakot. They are accused of raping the girl repeatedly by taking her to different hotels in Kathmandu in the past too. Meanwhile, police have not made public the name of the other two accused. Police informed that they are preparing to press human trafficking and rape charges against the arrested.
