Police have arrested a 20-year-old man from Kukurthakur-6 VDC in Sindhuli district on Tuesday on the charge of raping a 13-year-old teen. The accused, Akash Ghale was arrested by Sirthauli police and handed over to Sindhuli District Police on the basis of a complaint filed by a group of local women, who first came to know about the incident. The District Police has initiated a further investigation into the incident following the court's order to jail the arrested until the duration of the investigation.
