UDMF protests death of woman in 'police firing'; police say she died of heart attack

Sarlahi Police on Thursday claimed that United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) cadres are protesting over the death of a woman died of 'heart attack' saying she died of the Thursday's police firing. UDMF cadres have laid the body in the middle of road and staged protests stating she was killed during the police firing. However, the police claimed that woman died of heart attack and the protestors were crying foul over the death. Radhika Sah of Nawalpur-6 breathed her last while walking to hospital for the treatment, police said. She collapsed in the middle of her way and was declared dead when reached to hospital, the police said. Protestors have disrupted the East West Highway by lying the body in the middle of the road from early Friday morning. Police have said that she didn't die in yesterday's stampede or any injuries. The body is being taken to District Hospital Malangawa for the post-mortem.
